Dislike sessions that are full of burpees, push ups and running So do we that is why the Krunchies Bootcamps will have you using Kettlebells, Tyres, Battling Ropes, Boxing, Kickboxing, Weight Training, Harness Running and much more our sessions run for 1 hour including a comprehensive warm up and stretch.
